本政策适用于上海柚与瑞网络科技有限公司运营的官方网站、爱记 App 及明确引用本政策的相关服务。不同功能实际处理的信息，以功能页面、系统权限提示和 App 内专项清单为准。
本网站当前为静态企业官网，不提供账号注册、在线表单、广告追踪或行为分析功能。你主动发送邮件时，我们会处理邮件地址及正文，以回复咨询或支持请求。
This policy applies to the official website, the Aiji app, and related services operated by You & Rui Network Technology Co., Ltd. that expressly reference this policy.
The current website is static and does not provide accounts, online forms, advertising tracking, or behavioral analytics. If you email us, we process your address and message only to respond to your inquiry or support request.

我们可能处理的信息
Information we may process
使用爱记时，根据你实际启用的功能，我们可能处理账号与登录信息、你主动录入的账单和账本内容、家庭或共享账本关系、设备与运行日志、通知设置，以及你主动提交的文本、图片、语音或反馈。
我们仅为提供登录验证、记账、同步、共享协作、统计分析、提醒、安全保障、故障排查和用户支持等明确目的处理必要信息。请不要在账单备注或反馈中录入与记账目的无关的身份证号、完整银行卡号、支付密码或验证码。
Depending on the features you choose, Aiji may process account and sign-in information, ledger content you enter, shared-book relationships, device and operational logs, notification preferences, and text, images, audio, or feedback you actively submit.
We process only the information needed for sign-in, bookkeeping, synchronization, collaboration, insights, reminders, security, troubleshooting, and support.

权限与主动提交
Permissions and active submissions
相机、相册、麦克风、通知等系统权限仅在你主动使用对应功能时申请。拒绝某项可选权限不会影响与该权限无关的基础功能；你可以随时在系统设置中调整授权。
自然语言、截图识别、语音转写或 AI 辅助仅在你主动发起相应操作时处理为完成该功能所需的内容。生成或解析结果可能存在误差，请在保存前核对金额、分类、日期和账本归属。
Camera, photo-library, microphone, and notification permissions are requested only when you use the relevant feature. You may change optional permissions in system settings at any time.
Conversational input, image recognition, transcription, and AI assistance process submitted content only when you initiate the feature. Please verify key details before saving.

共享、委托处理与第三方服务
Service providers and third parties
为运行服务，我们可能使用云基础设施、短信验证、Apple 平台服务、推送通知及在你主动使用时提供 AI、识别或语音能力的服务商。我们要求服务商仅按约定目的处理必要信息，并采取适当的安全措施。
我们不会出售你的个人信息。除获得你的授权、完成你主动使用的功能、履行法定义务或保护用户与服务安全外，我们不会向无关第三方提供你的个人信息。App 内会根据实际接入情况提供更具体的第三方服务及个人信息清单。
We may rely on cloud infrastructure, SMS verification, Apple platform services, push notifications, and providers that support AI, recognition, or speech features you actively use. Providers are required to process only what is necessary for the agreed purpose.
We do not sell personal information. More specific service-provider and data-category disclosures are made available in the app as applicable.

保存、安全与跨境事项
Retention, security, and transfers
我们在实现处理目的所需的期限内保存信息，并按照适用法律、账号状态、备份周期和安全需要确定具体期限。超过必要期限后，我们会删除、匿名化或依法继续保存。
我们采取访问控制、最小权限、传输保护、日志治理、备份与安全审计等措施保护信息。若服务涉及跨境处理，我们将根据适用法律履行相应告知、评估或取得单独同意等义务。
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose and as required by applicable law, account status, backup cycles, and security needs. We then delete, anonymize, or lawfully retain it.
We use access controls, least-privilege practices, transport protection, log governance, backups, and security reviews. Where cross-border processing applies, we follow applicable notice, assessment, and consent requirements.

你的权利
Your choices and rights
你可以根据适用法律访问、更正、复制或删除个人信息，撤回可选授权，注销账号，并对个人信息处理提出解释、投诉或请求。账号注销及数据删除可通过 App 内账号管理入口操作，或通过本政策所列邮箱联系我们。
为保护账号安全，我们可能在处理权利请求前核验你的身份。撤回授权不影响撤回前基于授权进行处理的合法性。
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, account closure, or an explanation of our processing. Use the in-app account controls or contact us by email.
We may verify your identity before completing a request in order to protect your account and data.

未成年人保护
Children and minors
爱记主要面向具有完全民事行为能力的用户。未满十四周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用服务；如我们发现未经有效监护人同意处理了儿童个人信息，将依法采取删除或其他必要措施。
Aiji is primarily intended for users with full civil capacity. Children under 14 should use the service only with the consent and guidance of a guardian. We will take appropriate steps if we learn that children's information was processed without valid guardian authorization.

Updates and contact
我们可能根据产品、法律或服务商变化更新本政策。重大变化会通过官网、App 内提示或其他合理方式通知，并在需要时重新取得同意。
如有隐私、投诉、用户支持或个人信息权利请求，请发送邮件至 jarvis@youyurui.com。我们将在核验请求后按照适用法律处理。
We may update this policy as our products, laws, or service providers change. Material updates will be communicated through the website, the app, or another reasonable channel, and renewed consent will be obtained where required.
