本协议由你与上海柚与瑞网络科技有限公司共同订立，适用于你访问、下载、安装、注册、登录或使用爱记及明确引用本协议的相关服务。
你点击同意、注册、登录或实际使用服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议及相关专项规则。若你不同意，请停止使用相应服务。
These terms form an agreement between you and You & Rui Network Technology Co., Ltd. and apply when you access, download, install, register for, sign in to, or use Aiji and related services that reference these terms.
By accepting, registering, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable supplemental rules.

服务内容
The service
爱记提供个人及家庭记账辅助服务，包括账号登录、自然语言记账、账单分类、个人与共享账本、统计分析、预算、财务日历、定时记账、提醒及根据版本逐步开放的其他功能。
功能名称、可用平台、服务范围和具体状态以 App 内实际展示为准。我们可能基于产品迭代、安全、合规或运营需要调整服务，并尽量以合理方式通知。
Aiji provides personal and family bookkeeping tools, including account access, conversational entry, categorization, personal and shared books, insights, budgets, financial calendars, recurring entries, and reminders.
Available features, platforms, and service status are determined by the version presented in the app and may change as the product evolves.

账号、安全与使用资格
Accounts and security
你应按页面要求提供真实、合法、有效的信息，并妥善保管设备、验证码及登录状态。通过你的账号进行的操作，在法律允许范围内视为由你作出。发现异常时请及时修改安全设置并联系我们。
如服务处于邀请制、内测或灰度阶段，你应遵守页面规则，不得转让、倒卖、伪造或批量获取测试资格。
You are responsible for providing lawful and accurate information and for protecting your devices, verification codes, and sign-in state. Contact us promptly if you detect unauthorized activity.
Where access is invitation-only, in beta, or gradually released, you must follow the applicable access rules and may not resell, forge, or automate eligibility.

你的内容与共享账本
Your content and shared books
你或相应权利人依法保留对主动录入、上传或生成的账单、备注、标签、会话、账本、图片、语音和反馈等内容的权益。你授予我们为提供、维护和改进服务所必要的处理权限。
使用家庭或共享账本时，你应确保有权录入、查看和共享相关信息，并尊重其他成员的个人信息和合法权益。你应核对账单内容的准确性并自行保留必要备份。
You or the relevant rights holder retain lawful rights in entries, notes, labels, conversations, books, images, audio, and feedback you submit. You allow us to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
When using family or shared books, you must have the right to enter, view, and share the relevant information and must respect other members' rights and privacy.

AI 与自动化能力
AI and automated features
自然语言解析、截图识别、语音转写、自动分类、预算建议和消费分析等能力用于辅助记账，可能因输入、模型或网络状况产生遗漏或错误。
相关结果不构成财务、税务、投资、法律、医疗或审计意见。你应在保存、分享、导出或据此行动前核对金额、分类、日期、成员、账本归属和分析结论。
Conversational parsing, image recognition, transcription, categorization, budget suggestions, and spending insights are assistive features and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Outputs are not financial, tax, investment, legal, medical, or audit advice. Verify critical information before saving, sharing, exporting, or acting on it.

付费服务
Paid services
如爱记提供 Pro、订阅或其他付费服务，价格、周期、权益、试用、续订、取消和退款规则以购买页面、对应平台规则及专项协议为准。通过 Apple App Store 购买的项目还受 Apple 的交易与退款规则约束。
注销爱记账号不当然等于取消平台订阅；你应按购买平台提供的订阅管理入口单独操作。
If Aiji offers Pro, subscriptions, or other paid services, price, term, benefits, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the purchase page, platform rules, and applicable supplemental terms.
Closing an Aiji account does not automatically cancel a platform subscription; manage subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

行为规范与知识产权
Acceptable use and intellectual property
你不得利用服务实施违法违规、侵害他人权益、侵犯隐私、恶意注册、攻击接口、绕过安全措施、干扰服务运行或超出正常记账目的的行为。
爱记的商标、界面、软件、文档和其他由我们或许可方提供的内容受法律保护。除法律允许或我们书面授权外，不得复制、出售、反向工程或用于建立竞争性服务。
You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights or privacy, abuse registration, attack interfaces, bypass security, disrupt operations, or use the service outside its intended purpose.
Aiji's branding, interfaces, software, documentation, and other materials supplied by us or our licensors are protected by law.

服务变更、暂停与责任边界
Changes, availability, and responsibility
我们会努力保障服务稳定与数据安全，但互联网服务可能受维护、设备、网络、第三方平台或不可抗力影响。我们将在合理范围内修复问题、提供通知或协助恢复。
如你违反本协议、危害用户或系统安全，或法律要求采取措施，我们可能限制、暂停或终止相关功能，并依法保存必要记录。法律另有强制规定的，从其规定。
We work to maintain service reliability and data security, but availability can be affected by maintenance, devices, networks, platform providers, and events beyond reasonable control.
We may restrict or suspend features where these terms are violated, users or systems are put at risk, or the law requires action. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

适用法律、更新与联系
Law, updates, and contact
本协议的订立、履行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
我们可能根据产品或法律变化更新本协议，并通过官网、App 内提示或其他合理方式通知。对本协议或服务有疑问，请发送邮件至 jarvis@youyurui.com。
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent people's court.
We may update these terms as the product or law changes and will provide reasonable notice. Questions may be sent to jarvis@youyurui.com.
